With what would later become an award-winning cookie recipe in hand, Chef David who was trained in the finest French culinary academies, decided to open his own cookie shop in 1979.

Made with the finest, all natural ingredients and a special touch, David's cookies looked and tasted ""just like mamma made""; some would argue they are even better than mamma's creations (but we won't tell her). People quickly fell in love with the funny-shaped cookies that were delightful to their tongues.
