Optima is a brand of NASCAR trading cards by Press Pass, the leading manufacturer of NASCAR trading cards since the mid-90s. The brand has been in existence since 2000.
Optima and Press Pass feature event-used memorabilia cards, where actual pieces of NASCAR race-used tires are applied to cards. The brand captures major cups and competitions for its 100-card base sets that appear every year and are often the final sets released of all Press Pass cards. In 2006, Optima randomly inserted rare red ink signatures and driver nickname and inscription signatures of drivers like Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Jeff Gordon.
These beautiful cards are perfect to trade or hold onto for generations to come.
