Luminox Watches were founded over 20 years ago when The Richard Barry Marketing Group discovered a Swiss manufacturer's unique illumination technology. The company quickly negotiated a relationship, and Luminox (meaning "light night" in Latin) was born.

The Illinois-based company has watches with professional diving features, sport timers, compasses and more. All products are water and shock resistant and entirely Swiss. Furthermore, Luminox features self-powered, continuous illumination that shines 100 times brighter than other luminous watches and glows continuously for more than 25 years.

In 1993, Luminox was contacted by the U.S. Navy SEAL team to create a dive watch for their night missions. These watches are available for commercial sales and remain one of the ever-expanding company's best sellers.
