Leigh Bantivoglio first noticed the need for powerfully intimate garments in the United States after a trip to Paris. The European culture exuded flattering lingerie and sensual undergarments that were absent in North America.

She set forth to create one of the most beautiful lines of intimates available anywhere in the world and released her collection in 1996. Bantivoglio is famed for using fine fabrics, sheer net embroidery, biased-cut silks with lace appliqué and Leavers lace in her sexy, sophisticated pieces. Many of her pieces, including her signature stretch lace camisole with empire silk tie, work beautifully under a professional blazer or combined with a pair of funky jeans as they do in the bedroom.

Bantivoglio has been a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America since 2000. Her designs can be seen on many Hollywood celebrities, including Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson, Madonna, Ashley Judd and more.
