Kelty is a leading designer and manufacturer of outdoor travel products like backpacks, tents, sleeping bags and luggage. The company was created in 1957 by Dick Kelty, a carpenter, builder and avid outdoors enthusiast, who created cheap backpacks for his friends. His designs were the first to use hip belts and lighter aluminum frames which reduced shoulder pains and allowed wearers to go father into the wild than ever before.

The Colorado-based company is best known for their backpacks for day, hiking, camouflage and hydration. They also have packs designed specifically for women, as well as fanny packs, internal- and external-frame backpacks, accessories and gear for your dog.
