The iBook made by Apple Computers is one of Apple's signature designed laptops. Similar to their Apple desktops the iBook had the distinctive rounded shape and colored plastic and glass hardcover shell. The iBook is the first laptop to have an internal wireless network for fast connection to your emails and internet access.
Made specifically for students and educational purposes, Apple has advanced the technology of the iBook and now produces the iBook G4. Designed all in a new white translucent plastic shell the iBook G4 features a security lock, USB, Ethernet, modem and firewire ports as well as video out and headphone ports.
The iBook now boasts a much faster connection speed and 512 MB of memory with the ability to update to 1.5 GB and is Bluetooth compatible.
