Founded by Dr. David T.K. Ho in 2002, Harmony is committed to safety, comfort and honesty. Dr. Ho decided to start an airline after becoming increasingly dissatisfied with service other airlines were providing.

Harmony's mission is to return to the focus on customer service of days of yore; they offer advance seat selection at no cost, hot meals and in-flight entertainment. Their ethical approach differs from that of many other airlines, giving them a true advantage over competition.
