Carmen Marc Valvo is a unique American designer who specializes in eveningwear. He began his career designing ready-to-wear for Nina Ricci in Paris, followed by a job with Christian Dior. His signature label was launched in 1989 and has been adored by such celebrities as Catherine Zeta-Jones, Lucy Liu, Beyonce and Goldie Hawn.
Based in New York City, Valvo studied fashion at the Parsons School of Design. His couture collection displayed breathtaking craftsmanship and gorgeous hand-detailing that set the wearer apart from the crowd. He also has a successful line of sportswear, as well as a suit collection, custom furs, shoes, jewelry and swimwear.
