Calicchio Musical Instruments, Inc. has been designing and manufacturing high-quality, handcrafted horns since 1927. The company was founded by Domenick Calicchio, who immigrated to the United States from Italy in 1923. He began creating adjustable mouthpieces, for which he was granted two U.S. patents, and soon became a renowned trumpet maker. In 1947, he and his wife moved to California, where he worked with some of the world's finest trumpet players to create instruments of choice for recording musicians.

The company creates various types of trumpets, including custom models to help you get your ideal playing piece. They also offer flugelhorns and trombones.
