As a former New York City general contractor, Barbara K realized that tools for men were too intimidating for women to use. This realization inspired her to create the brand Barbara K! She designed and launched her initial product line of high quality tools, toolkits, and accessories.
Since then Barbara K! has expanded into other categories including automotive, craft and college market. Barbara’s message of women empowerment has inspired women all over the world to take tools into their own hands. Crating these functional, easy-to-use tools, Barbara hopes to help other women achieve the same level of independence in their own lives.
