The engineers for Attack have designed a "glue-less" steel-locking collar that they believe produces a louder more open tone than ordinary drumheads. A specially developed material called "Dynaflex" is used, which is remarkably resilient and easily withstands the grueling punishment from today's hard-hitting players.
The result is increased resonance, a truer more stable pitch for better tunability, enhanced stick response, and a longer head life. Create a warm and open sound, with no muffling needed! Balance your sound by tuning our drumheads to their lowest levels for a fat full sound, or by tightening them for a nice thin crack.
