Popularity of the Road Race products picked up in the 70's, lending to the company's growth worldwide. Hong Kong had grown economically, pushing Artin to invest more time in money towards increased research. By the end of the decade, Artin had become a large international company, certainly making their mark in the industry.

As mainland policies brightened in China in the '80s, Artin immediately set up a factory in the country. Lower production costs meant a more competitive company and higher profits. Soon, production lines were all transferred to the China manufacturing plant, which is still present today.
