Allen-Edmonds - available at 4 stores *
Partner an eager entrepreneur and an extraordinary salesman, and you have yourself the ultimate set of shoemakers. The Allen-Edmonds company dates back to 1922, as a small business in Belgium, Wisconsin. Not far down the road, the business faced a major obstacle- The Great Depression. The duo worked overtime, and managed to stay afloat. World War II hit, but proved to be a rather prosperous time for Allen-Edmonds, after signing a contract to provide shoes for American soldiers.
Even as companies began to relocate overseas, Allen-Edmonds refused to leave their home turf. Instead, present CEO John Stollenwerk and his team invested 1.5 million dollars into upgrading the existing site. Today, Allen-Edmonds brings you the best in men's footwear and accessories.
