In 1997, GCI Outdoor developed the Auto-Fold feature: a unique strap design allowing you to lift the carrying strap and see the chair close automatically; this feature is now found on all their chairs.

The company sells numerous lightweight, strong chairs in various shapes and sizes. GCI Outdoor has sling seats with back support and folding back seats, perfect for sitting on bleachers, camp side or in your canoe. They also have a small selection of tables and lightweight, portable coolers.
